Former NHL star Joe Pavelski won his first American Century Championship on the shores of Lake Tahoe with a convincing lead over the rest of the field of athletes and celebrities.
Hall of Fame Atlanta Braves pitcher John Smoltz finished in second place. The Golden State Warriors’ Stephen Curry, a regional favorite and winner of the event in 2023, finished fifth after a double bogey on the final hole.
Ninety celebrities participated in the fan-friendly event at the Edgewood Tahoe Resort in Stateline, Nevada.
Other names appearing somewhere on tournament’s leaderboard include NFL players Travis and Jason Kelce, Sacramento Kings player Zach Lavine, and actors Miles Teller and Alfonso Ribeiro.
