Here are the scores from Thursday and Friday night’s high school football action in the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section.

The section playoffs kick off on Nov. 7 with bowl-style games for lower seeds.

The Sacramento Bee’s Joe Davidson will co-host with Joe Cortez of the Turlock Journal and section assistant commissioner Will DeBoard the section playoff-bracket release show on the streaming NFHS Network. The program starts at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday.
