How ‘Wonder Woman’ director lassoed record deal for sequel
The success of “Wonder Woman” in theaters has reportedly helped director Patty Jenkins score a record contract.
She has agreed to work on the sequel, according to Variety. The film is slated to debut Dec. 13, 2019.

Multiple reports say Jenkins is expected to lasso between $7 million and $9 million and a huge cut of the box office gross, which makes her the highest-paid female director of all time.
She received $1 million for the blockbuster film which earned more than $800 million in box offices worldwide.
Also slated to return is Gal Gadot, who starred as the DC Comics superhero.
