Fresno bank firm completes acquisition of Sierra Vista Bank

Central Valley Community Bancorp in Fresno said Monday that it has completed the acquisition of Folsom-based Sierra Vista Bank.

CVCB will now oversee Sierra Vista’s branches in Folsom, Cameron Park and Fair Oaks. The Sierra Vista banks will become Central Valley Community Bank branches.

Signage changes at the Sierra Vista banks will occur this month.
