Police search for 34-year-old Sacramento man with mental disabilities missing since April 9
Sacramento police are searching for Michael Fristoe, 34, a mentally disabled man who went missing more than a week ago.
Fristoe was last seen April 9 in the 400 block of Bannon Street, an industrial area two blocks from a Greyhound bus station and a Sacramento Police Department outpost.
The man, 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 110 pounds, was dressed in a black knit cap, khaki pants, black-and-red Nike shoes and a blue backpack when last seen, according to a Police Department news release. An unofficial missing person poster further described the cap as having a flame pattern, the pants as camouflage, the backpack as dark blue and Fristoe wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.
The poster also said Fristoe suffered from mental disabilities and was not taking his prescribed medication. He has blue eyes, brown hair and a brown goatee and mustache.
Police are encouraging anyone with information about Fristoe’s whereabouts to call 916-264-5471 or 916-281-6478.
