Assembly leader unsure if Roger Hernández will return in time to make end-of-session votes

Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon said Thursday that he does not know if Assemblyman Roger Hernández, D-Baldwin Bark, will return to Sacramento in time to cast votes before the Legislature adjourns at the end of the month.

Hernández, who lost his committee assignments amid domestic violence allegations, is on leave for undisclosed medical reasons.
