Aftershock Day 4: See photos from final day of Sacramento’s heavy metal festival
By Nathaniel Levine
Aftershock’s annual heavy metal extravaganza came to a close on Sunday in Discovery Park in Sacramento with performances by Mötley Crüe, Disturbed and others.
Singer-activist Tom Morello, formerly the guitarist for Rage Against the Machine, took the stage with his teenage son Roman to play a son the duo wrote together before moving on to the Los Angeles rock band’s greatest hits.
Quiet will return to Discovery Park for a few days before the Golden Sky country music festival starts Friday.
