We asked you to tell us your favorite spot to grab a late night bite in the Sacramento area in a Bee poll last week.

We gave 20 suggestions open until at least 11 p.m. With more than 700 responses, here are the top picks:

INK EATS AND DRINKS

Location: 2730 N Street, Sacramento

Ranking No. 1 in the poll, Ink Eats and Drinks offers salads, sandwiches, seafood, wings, desserts, drinks and more.

It gained 153 votes, or 21%.

IN-N-OUT BURGER

Locations: Sacramento, Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova, Folsom, more.

In-N-Out Burger took the second spot for the “Best late nigh food spot in Sacramento” with close to 130 votes. At In-N-Out, choose between several types of burgers, fries and drinks.

It gained 127 votes, or 17%.

WILLIE’S BURGERS

Locations: Sacramento, Carmichael, more.

Coming in at No. 3, Willie’s Burgers offers chili style burgers and fries, onion rings, milkshakes and more.

It gained 112 votes, or 15%.

ADALBERTO’S MEXICAN FOOD

Locations: Rancho Cordova, Sacramento, Carmichael, more.

Open 24 hours seven days a week, Adalberto’s Mexican Food took the fourth spot. The family owned late night food hub offers burritos, tacos, tortas, enchiladas and more.

It gained 50 votes, or 7%.

PIECES PIZZA BY THE SLICE

Location: 1309 21st St., Sacramento

Pieces Pizza by the Slice, the only pizza spot to make the top list, comes in at No. 5 offering vegan and gluten free options.

It gained 44 votes, or 6%.

THE ORIGINAL MELS DINER

Locations: Sacramento, Roseville, Folsom, more.

Taking the last spot on the top list, The Original Mels Diner offers a loaded menu including breakfast items, burgers, sandwiches, salads, soups, drinks and more.

It gained 42 votes, or 6%.
