North Natomas Marketplace to get a new makeup store. Which national chain is it?
A Sephora is coming to North Natomas, according to a local Sacramento leader.
The Sephora will be replacing Famous Footwear at 3681 Truxel Road in the Natomas Marketplace, which closed last year. The store is expected to open in the fall, according to a social media post from councilmember Karina Talamantes, who serves North Natomas.
The beauty store chain will join a variety of business in Natomas Marketplace, becoming neighbors with HomeGoods and Ross Dress For Less. Natomas Marketplace is home to other businesses like Koshi Ramen Bar, Deluna Dessert Cafe, Somisomi and Walmart.
The Sacramento area currently has 10 Sephora locations, including:
- 1689 Arden Way, Suite 1084 in Arden Fair Mall
- 4700 Natomas Blvd. at Kohl’s in Natomas
- 7550 Elk Grove Blvd. in Elk Grove
- 9650 Bruceville Road at Kohl’s in Elk Grove
- 8810 Calvine Road at Kohl’s in Elk Grove
- 280 Palladio Parkway, Suite 901 in Folsom
- 1013 Riley St. at Kohl’s in Folsom
- 5030 Antelope Road at Kohl’s in Antelope
- 1151 Galleria Blvd., Suite 1140 at the Westfield Galleria in Roseville
- 10375 Fairway Drive at Kohl’s in Roseville
Sephora has more than 2,000 stores internationally, operating in 35 countries, according to its website. The store is owned by LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton and sells brands like Fenty Beauty by Rihanna and Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez.
Sephora has a longstanding partnership with Kohl’s, starting in 2021. There are more than 800 Kohl’s locations with a Sephora inside, its website stated.
