Interactive map shows the latest home values for every Sacramento-area ZIP code
A second ZIP code in the Sacramento region has joined the million dollar club.
The sparsely populated 95830 ZIP code in eastern Sacramento County saw its average home value eclipse $1 million, according to new data from real estate firm Zillow. Fewer than 800 people live in the area, situated along Jackson Highway and Grant Line Road.
Granite Bay continues to have the most expensive real estate in the region, with a typical home costing more than $1.1 million.
For ZIP codes with more than a few hundred people, the community with the most affordable real estate is 95815 in North Sacramento.
