Woodland assault, vandalism suspect at large after unsuccessful search, police say

A suspect wanted in connection with assault and vandalism Thursday morning remains at large, sought by the Woodland Police Department, authorities said.

Alan Rush had last been seen in the area of West El Dorado Drive and West Street in Woodland, but a search by law enforcement Thursday morning was unsuccessful, the department said in a news release.

Rush also has an outstanding felony warrant for grand theft, police say.

Police are urging people not to “confront, apprehend or otherwise contact this individual,” but are asking anyone with information regarding Rush’s whereabouts to contact the Woodland Police Department at 530-666-2411.
