Rocklin man who was accused of filming youths at park is arrested by Roseville police
A man was arrested after being accused of annoying children at a Roseville park, police said.
Officers responded about 3:15 p.m. Saturday to Harry Crabb Park in the 1000 block of Scarborough Drive on reports of someone filming and contacting young children without permission from their parents.
After being “uncooperative with officers and not forthcoming with information,” according to a news release on the Roseville Police Department Facebook page, Alexandr Polupan, 59, of Rocklin was arrested.
Polupan was booked at the South Placer County Jail on suspicion of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, annoying and molesting a minor and resisting arrest.
