One person injured in shooting at West Sacramento house party
One person was shot at a house party in West Sacramento early Sunday morning, according to the West Sacramento Police Department.
The shooting occurred at a house party in the 800 block of Casselman Drive. Officers were called shortly after midnight after reports of a shooting.
Taylor Nelson, a spokesperson for the West Sac Police Department, said one man was shot and transported to a hospital with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
“He remains under care at the hospital where he is in stable condition,” she said.
Police said the incident remains under investigation and no suspect information was immediately available.
