Biggest Sacramento Dining Scene Loss: Which restaurant will you miss most?
The Sacramento restaurant scene of 2019 saw the loss of two of its founding mothers: Biba Caggiano and Lina Fat, both of whom passed away this year. Although their flagship restaurants both remain in business, a number of beloved — and some less beloved — local eateries both fancy and ultra-casual called it quits this year. Which will you miss the most? Results will be included with our Dining Year in Review wrapup next week. Voting concludes at 9 a.m. Dec. 26.
